wow-goldstore.com Wow-goldstore stole from me unknown

I broke down for the first time ever and decided to purchase some gold for an online game called Lord of the Rings online and checked around for a reputable place to buy it.  Kept getting pointed to wow-goldstore.com and told that they sold gold for most games. 

I located the site and made my purchase.  After a week of hunting for ways to contact them, being that their contact number was bogus as was their email, I contacted paypal who i made the purchase through.  They said they could do nothing for purchases of "digital goods" and told me to keep contacting the company in hopes of a solution. 

Now I am mad.  I spent right at $30 and that might not seem like much to most people but I expect that when I pay for something I am supposed to get it.  Legally I dont know what I can do as even my bank wont touch it saying that I authorized the charge and would have to take it up with company.   I want to know what I can do?
