wpfixit.com is a scam and they are malicious.
so they charge me around 100$ (they even charged me for livechat) and told me they fixed my website, it seemed it is fixed, but they put a malicious code in my theme file on their way out.
my developer told me this, then I started searching online and I saw they have done this before to others as well, here is a link : https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wp-fix-it-get-any-wordpress-problem-fixed-for-39/#comment-153460
DO NOT BUY from them or USE THEM, I guess their business model is: crash customers sites reguarley so they keep paying them and pretend the website has a problem !!
use them on your own risk, you have been warned.
