We were not able to find Kumataros account based on his description of the problem.  If you call our Customer Care Center, we can locate the account and issue appropriate refunds.  From Japan, our toll-free number is 001-800-4374-3637.  We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

We only charge fees when a user chooses to access premium services.  This could be something like a monthly membership, merchandise, or a pay-per-minute charge.  Any area that charges a fee is clearly marked in advance, and the user must agree to pay the listed charges.  Our users are never charged anything without their consent. 

We committed to our customers satisfaction, and we will take all steps necessary to assure it.

1- Cancel the card that you have the account attached to. Credit Card companies will issues a new card with a new number if you need it. But be careful, most will charge you anywhere from a 5-10 dollar fee for the new card.

2- Online laws on this issue a gray since many "adult" sites are located outside of the US. Never use your personal credit card or check cards/echecks. Purchase pre-paid credit cards/ or get a Paypal account where you can stop any transaction from Paypal and they will cancel it from it coming through your Paypal account and hitting your personal accounts.

3- Getting your money back may not be possible. Again, laws are gray here and many of these companies are not required to disclose refund policies or even charging policies.
