Wrinkle Couture Charged $92.92 for my "free" trial sample Santa Ana California

Like others, I ordered the sample thinking I was only paying $4.95 in shipping.  My credit card stopped a second charge of $5.95 & I was notified.  When I called them I was told it was a "mistake" and they would  take the charge off.  At that time I told them not to make ANY more charges against my account (my credit card company told me this was common).  At no time was I told I had to cancel a subscription by a certain date and no literature was received that told me this was their terms or that I was signed up for a subscription.  

So I was charged $92.92 one month later and was shocked to see it on my bill.  I called them again & they said they never take returns or return money.  I even spoke with a manager who said it was my fault because I hadn't cancelled within their time frame, which, of course, I knew nothing about.  I did cancel at that time.  After  hearing their refusals I filed a dispute report with my credit card company & lo & behold one day later I received an email telling me they were returning my money.  So I want people to know they have options to get their money back.  It is definitely a ripoff as they do not tell you their terms or that they've signed you up with a subscription.
