Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On July 24th, I followed directions fromm Wristband Connect website and made some wristbands. I did receive a printout receipt with phone number for contact.
Before I left for vacation on August 4th, I realized I never received the wristbands. First I tried emailing. No reply ensued. Next I tried calling. It is just some guy's voicemail. No return phone call.
I plan to call my credit card company tomorrow to ask them to stop payment and to investigate. This is first time I have been ripped off by an intenet site. Today is August 15th, and still no sign of the wristbands and no responses from the responsible party.

Wristband Connection.com is a professionally run niche business who employs 12 full-time employees who sell, manufacture or ship custom silicone wristbands. It is possible the customer did not complete the order form, but if he / she called, would have gotten a person or our voicemail system, not just "some guy's voicemail" as this person has stated. Please feel free to call us at any time. We are either here or our many phone lines are busy, at which point, you will not get the voicemail, but a busy signal, unless it is after hours.
We invite this person to call us with the date and time at which they placed their order so we can check our records to at least apollogize and offer some free wristbands for any errors that may have occured on our part.
We are here to help and in no way whatsoever want to harm anyone. Our product is made for just that purpose and we estimate that over 10,000,000 people wear our wristbands, maybe more, for many thousands of reasons which help them or have helped another person in some way. We are proud to be leaders in our industry and always happy to help, even if it is because of user or program error. Thank you.
