I ordered bracelets and was shocked to see how cheap they felt and looked. I called to complain about the poor quality and their customer service approach was - "you got what you paid for and there is nothing we can do to help you."
This is not the kind of company I would ever do business with again!

This is to the customer in Puerto Rico. I want to thank you for your honesty and sincerity. Although you had an issue, I am glad to hear that my staff performed exactly as I would expect them to. I checked on the order and did see the shipping was priority mail, which even in the US, it takes 3-5 days to be delivered, although it is pushed as "3 days, but not guaranteed." Your comment means a lot to us, as it shows truth in what we have said all along and although we are not void of mistakes, we at wristbandconnection.com will always do our very best to insure that you get exactly what your ordered. From time to time customers let us know when a report is made like this one. Since we have so very few complaints, we do not check this site unless we are told. Nontheless, we are sure he must have us confused with one of the companies who infringes on our Trademarked Domain name in their advertising and purchased his bands from them, as we would never answer a customer with a statement like, "You got what you paid for." However, we do know the companies who do answer this way and they have over 150 complaints at the BBB in less than 2 years. Really, less than 2 years? We have had 6 in 4.5 years and of those, 2 were not traceable to our customers. So, 1.25 bbb complaints per year is not too bad. Is it?
Numbers don't lie. We suggest you thoroughly investigate any company you do business with online and if the deal sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Ask if they will guarantee, in writing, your product to be shipped on time or FREE. To date, we are still the only true manufacturer of silicone wristbands who has such a guarantee. What's more, we are the only wristband company in Houston who allows our customers to come to our facility, meet our American employees and so much more. Feeble attempts to discredit our reputation for quality, speed and fair price are less than entertaining, but it always gives us a chance to let our public know more about us. We will always be upfront, courteous and professional. Most importantly, we will deliver the quality products that have made us the most respected and most copied silicone wristband company in the nation.
As usual, we could not find a Jay Duluth or a Jay in Duluth in our system and I cannot even say it was a good try, as your "complaint" is too vague. After reading all reports regarding wristband connection I decided to give them a chance with a small order. I was really skeptical that they would deliver but still made the offer. What could I loose?
I made the order and payed via PayPal so at least I could have a little assurance for my money. Two days passed and did not receive any email or anything, so I decided to give them a call. I payed for two wristbands with 1 day build and priority shipping. They took the call (first thing incorrect for what I had read here)
A really nice man took the call and I asked him about mi order, and gave him the order# I had from the payment receipt. He checked it and said they were supposed to be done already but it didn't show anything on the system. he asked if he could call me in about 10 min to check things.
In exactly 10 mins I received his call explaining to me that the PayPal department didn't see the payment done, because it was shown somewhere else. They were really sorry for the inconvenience and they assured me that the two wristbands would be made and shipped that same day.
To my astonishment that same afternoon I received a shipping number from USPS and one week later I received the order. (Remember I paid for one day production and priority shipping) The wristbands I received were WAY BEYOND my expectations.
I ordered their special color core ones and I must say that I am pleased in all ways with their work, craftsmanship, detail, attention and customer service. Great company, great products, would recommend them to anybody and myself will be ordering a way bigger order with them soon.
