WSM RETURN/CENTER walmart family mobile still on backorder my a** Rotheseer,Ny Internet

I purchased a phone through a local Walmart store it was an Alcutel Fierce one touch .I am a single mother of two small children i saved the money to purchase this phone it was 128.00 dollars .I had this phone for two weeks and there was a gliche in the top right button (also confirmed on website about common problems with phone) so my screen would not stay on it kept flashing on and off.I returned everything they asked me to (receipt ,phone,and information) this was on January 27,2014 and they received it on January 29,2014  i insured the phone which      cost me another 13.00 dollars i dont have they were suppose to have my phone back to me in five to seven buisness days and it is now May 29,2014. I have been on the phone with eight different people and no one can help me get my phone back they keep telling me its on backorder please can someone help me i need my phone or a refund. please help
