I ordered what I thought was only $11 each for a box of tea and it was for trial only last year. It cost me nearly $70 which I thought then was a rip off. After that I had never ordered or placed another order with this company but today I received 3 boxes of wu-yi tea and charged $180 for them. And its clear that they still have my mastercard details with them.

Theres no email address or invoice no. on the commercial invoice which they sent me with the boxes of tea.

Read, read, read

AUTHOR: Nicole - (U.S.A.)

As an employee of this company, my advice is to read all of the information presented on the site. Granted, it is an abundance of information, however, all charges are stated more than once on the site. Additionally, on the bottom of the page, there is a "Terms and Conditions" link that tells you exactly what you are signing up for. I speak with countless amounts of customers each day that state they were "not informed of the charges" or "they received unauthorized charges" Everything that you are signing up for is stated clearly in black and white. The main importance is to read the Terms and Conditions.

Here's a summary of the Terms & Conditions (my paraphrasing):

You receive a 30 day supply of tea with a 14 day trial. The 14 days is calculated as 21 days from the date the order is placed. (If you have not received your order within 7 days of your order being placed, call to request an extension of your trial. The system does not know you have not received your product unless you call.). At the end of the 14 days, you are billed 59.95 for the tea. To avoid the 59.95 charge, you may return the unused tea before the end of the trial and you will not be charged.

If you decide to keep the tea, unless you call and cancel, you are AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in the autoship program and are sent a 3 month supply of tea billed in monthly installments of 59.95 per month. You have 60 days from the date the tea is received to return it and get a full refund. If you cancel after you have received the 3 month supply, you are still obligated to pay the remaining installments unless you return the tea.

By signing up the trial of the tea, you are also signing up for a trial for Insider Secrets (4.95 per mth) 866-363-0187 and Comperhensive Weight Loss (9.95 per mth) 800-989-5907 with a $1 transaction fee for each. You can cancel these services and still receive the tea, also you must call these numbers and cancel if you are canceling the tea.

Once you have canceled and returned the tea. It takes 2 weeks from the date the tea is received for a refund to post. If you call with your tracking number showing when it was delivered to WuYi, your refund can be processed over the phone.

The main thing is to read everything before you sign up. If you don't you are likely to become frustrated, but have no recourse because it is all stated in black and white.
