I decided to try this so called free trial of the acai and colon cleanse. As soon as I had signed up for the free trial I had a bad feeling and decided i wanted to cancel. I called a moment after and tried morning noon an night an also midnight just to get a autoimated machine time after time this company was impossible to get hold of. So I proceeded to start submit requests through their website to cancel this order each time I was submitting a cancellation request the website would say they might not recieve this to try again so after trying phone email what else to do. I rang my bank barclays to help me with this problem they told me they cannot do anything (which is helpfull). Then I went into the bank in person and was told if I cancel my card this company can not get any more money, so I cancelled my card as the company had taken my card number not my account. Much to my discust this company mangered to take more money, not only are they impossible to get hold of but they have accuse to your details which is not right at all. So now I am closing my account and still my name is going to have a bad credit rating. This company is a nightmare. 


STAY AWAY FROM THEM WHAT SHOULD I DO HELP PLEASE!!!!!
