247coaching.com is an online marketing company for various self help specialists, e.g. psychotherapists, life coaches, health coaches, speakers, etc. 

I bought a membership as a life coach that hadn't brought me business so arranged to speak to a sales rep.  He said that he did some research and my work belonged more in the Corporate Wellness category.  He sold me this additional service for $200 with the promise of a full refund, if after two years I'd not gotten business. 

I got no business.  I sent many emails that weren't answered.  Out of frustration and knowing that their system is that their salesmen call potential clients, I had a friend ask for a call from Peter Cross, my sales rep, but she gave my phone number.  When I confronted Peter, he kept repeating that the only thing he could think of was that my email address had somehow been blocked and he'd take it to the tech guys right away. 

Then he sent me a test email saying we were now in communication and I never heard from him again.  That was 8/13/12.   He knew well that I wanted a refund, which I have not received. Today is 9/3/12.  This company is the epitome of "rip-off".  They give no street address where they are in the United Kingdom.  They give no phone number.
