www.carxenonhidkits.com Person i spoke to gave me his name as Dave Hid company Big time scammer USA and Canada California

I purchased two hid light kits, one for my Hi/Lo beams and one for my fog lights from this company on 1/1/14. After i received the kits on 1/6/14 and installed them the same day, i was having an issue with flickering and found out (by researching it myself) that some cars do this and to resolve this problem you simply have to add a resistor to the installation. I contacted the company in regards to the issue i was having and was told by Dave (the only person that ever answeres the phone) that i would be mailed the resistors to make the kits work properly. Today is 2/4/14 and i still have not received anything from this company, . On their website www.carxenonhidkits.com  it says 100 percent money back guarantee if you are not completly satisfied with the product, and Guaranteed no flickering after installing the kits. I have been asking Dave for the return address in order to return these kits for three weeks now and either my e mails or live chat discussions (once they hear i want to return them) go unanswered. All i am told is "send me an e mail" I was on the live chat with dave from 10am until 5pm the same day trying to get a tracking number for the "parts" he was sending me to fix the flickering problem, and never did get anything from him. I have researched this company on several search engines, and found out that i am not alone here with the complaints i have listed above. There are pages and pages of complaints about this companies business practices. It is apparent that there is some sort of scam going on here and unfortunatly i got caught up in it. I thought i was doing business with a reputable company. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because i have merchandise i cannot use and the company (Dave)  will not give me the return address to return the merchandise for a refund as stated on the companies website. I am writing this report to make anyone else aware of this that may have had issues with this company. Thank You.
