drugstore-online.com ripped me off of $100 then insults me with swear words! Imperial Beach California

Ok, this really is true. You HAVE to spend the three minutes to read this, it could save you money down the road.

What is "www.drugstores-online.com"

While searching google for cheap and easy ways to get some pain meds without actually seeing a doctor (I get kidney stones from time to time) I found, www.drugstores-online.com.

So I check out the site, and they promise you pills delivered to your door within a couple weeks, e-checks okay, no problems, they are customer service oriented 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

So I sign up, pay the $100 annual membership fee, and order about 100 pills.

They say the pills will arrive within a week and if I have a scrip from a doc to fax it to them, if I don't the pills will arrive COD and I can just pay for them.

Flash forward about a month, and nothing. So I write, and ask what's up. This person at www.drugstores-online.com tells me I need a scrip from a doctor for them to fill my order.

I tell the rep from www.drugstores-online.com that I paid $100 just so I DIDN'T HAVE TO SEE A DOCTOR.

I ask for my $100 "membership fee" back because I never got the order filled obviously, and they are running a scam.

THIS, seriously, is the reply they give me. From: dsolone@sbcglobal.net

Dear Mr. XXXXXX
You are now put on notice as per section one (1) of the terms and conditions to which you agreed to, your membership is cancelled without refund.

ANY COMMUNICATIONS, VIA E-MAIL, LETTER, TELEPHONE ETC. DEEMED ABUSIVE, VULGAR, THREATENING, HARRASSING, INSULTING, UNTRUTHFUL, ETC. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY BE CAUSE TO UNILTERALLY LIMIT ACCESS TO THIS PHARMACY AND CANCELLATION OF ANY AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP OR PENDING ORDERS.

DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN, YOU ARE NO LONGER A VALID MEMBER


So I was like, WTF??? I write again, this time actually kinda threatening to tell the world about www.drugstores-online.com, here is what I wrote:

Dear Drugstores-online.com

You deceived me.
I will again, request you reimburse me my membership fees, or I will begin a quest, an online quest on every drug forum possible to slam you guys and be sure and cost you thousands of dollars in future business.

I'm a teacher with a degree and have plenty of time on my hands, but not much money. So again, I never used your service, what have I paid for? Nothing.

I will also see if this qualifies for a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Seriously, do the right thing and give me my money back. I never got a thing and your advertising is misleading.
I'm not looking forward to slamming you guys, but that's what I will do if I get raped of 100 dollars by you guys.
