The extras listed on his website are people who have registered but NOT PAID.. Basically you register on his site, then follow the link he sends you via email to pay the upfront fee. MOST people haven't PAID, AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT THEIR DETAILS ARE REGISTERED ON HIS WEBSITE!
He is a lying, thieving, scammer!!! DO NOT REGISTER WITH THE WEBSITE! THEY WILL NOT OFFER YOU WORK OR HONOUR THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
