I ordered this product from an ad on Facebook. The company web page is eyesyrumplus.com but this is not the site that comes up on the facebook page.  It was a free trial without the requirement that you would be charged $87.47 for each product after 14 days.  I ordered the Derma cream and the eye cream added automatically but I did not concern myself at that time.  I haven't yet tried the product and was charged.  I contacted the company at 1-866-601-2889 and spoke with Ramona on 1/14/2017 at 6:54am EST.  She informed me that she could cancel my subscription but they do not take product returns.  I still have the items in the box and I am stuck with them.  I informed her that the site I used did not have terms and requirements stating it was nothing more than a 14 day trial.  Look at page ragednareveiw.org/renew-derma/  this site clearly shows it is a free trial.
