Getthatwholesale.com will ignore your request to terminate the renewal of a contract even if you do so within the allotted time. We advertised as a featured supplier on their "wholesale directory" and agreed to a 90 Day (3 month contract) to be paid monthly, which we did and do not dispute those charges. The ad produced no sales. They took a week to get our ad up and started the billing agreement prior to the date the ad became live. According to the contract the Billing Date begins on the "broadcast date", meaning the day they begin to "broadcast" our ad on their site. We even cancelled within the 90 days of their alleged billing date (which appears differently on our billing statement) and asked them not to renew, in writing, via email. The next morning our card was charged and we received a reply email stating the advertising campaign was renewed and that we were liable for paying another 3 months of advertising. We were told our billing date was the 31st even though the contract would tell you that it begins on the day they begin to "broadcast" the ad. The contract reads "Broadcast Date: Upon Payment". In reality, they sent us a contract dated 3/31 but didn't charge us until 3/3 per our card statements. And the ad was not "broadcasting" until 3/5. They refused to remove our advertising from their site or refund the charge. We are in the process of fighting a charge back now against a company who violates their own contracts. When we approached the billing department with our arsenal information they only agreed to keep the one month of unauthorized billing charges and extend 60 more days for free. They know their advertising is worthless so they steal what they can from you and offer you something of no value for compensation. They had the audacity to think we would be happy with this offer, and when we refused, they replied that we were unwilling to "resolve this matter amicably" and told us that we were now liable for a renewal of another entire 3 months! Upon further emails we were told that "At this point we can no longer reply to your emails, this conversation is no longer benefiting either of us" We promised them we would expose their racket and were threatened with a reply stating "you will be sued". Maybe if they were just ethical in their practices they wouldn't have to go around threatening to sue people. Needless to say we welcome that idea so we can continue to expose them for the thieves that they are. In addition, our emails now go unanswered as well as our phone numbers blocked. They will steal your money and sever all contacts with you. BEWARE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

The owner of GetThatWholesale.com contacted us today and made multiple apologizes on behalf of his company. The billing department apparently was reprimanded for their conduct as we received personal apology from them as well. Our money was refunded and we were extended a considerable amount of free advertising in an effort to help right these wrongs. We feel the owner's apologizes to be sincere and credit him for going beyond our expectations to correct the situation. The owner extended us additional free placement in other pertinent categories of their website (among other things) at no charge. We find it only fair to forgive and allow this business to make its amends, as we all have fell short of the glory of God. We feel these issues have been a learning experience to better help all parties involved, and hope that we all will continue to do the next right thing.
