Just want to inform that on September 24, I had a transaction "FCF* Peak Life Order 877-8693304" with www.peaklife.com. I just tried to get the free samples plus one product but I do not plan to consume this product for a long-term period in future. However, I have never expected that from there this company got my bank information and automatically send me the products and charge me without my permission. 

 

When I tried to call them to cancel the products, they told me that the agreement says the products will be automatically sent every two weeks or one month once I get the free samples. I tried going to the website and see if I can change my information of product delivery but there is nothing I can do online except for calling them. 

 

If this firm wants to use automatic delivery policy, it should be stated clearly when we are doing the purchase, not on the agreement statement, as if they already know consumers usually do not read the long-winded agreeements so they try to put it there hoping that consumers will miss reading that part.

 

I think this firm should be sued or shut down.
