www.Reagan.com cannot log in poor service  Internet

Approximately a year ago my wife and I signed up for the email service advertized by Reagan.com. After we paid the fee, I believe it was $40 and chose our username and password we attempted to use the new email service. We were unable to log onto the service.

Since we were both working, and busy, we chose not to attempt to resolve the problem, and we had an email account that worked. Three weeks ago I retired. And during the past week I have made several attempts to resolve the problem. I received several emails stating that the problem had been resolved. However, when I tried to log onto Reagan.com I was still unable to do so.

After several attempts, I informed Reagan.com, via their online "live chat" that I would like to either start over with a new user name and password, or receive a refund. Although it is called live chat, it is not. It is only an exchange of emails.

I was told that if I wanted to use Reagan.com email I should go to their home page and register. I was not about to again pay $40 (I believe that was the amount.) to attempt to use a service for which I had already paid.

There was another exchange of emails. Reagan.com again told me that the problem was resolved. I then asked them to explain what I had to do to access the email account for which I had already paid. They made no reply.

Reagan.com log in does not work, at least not for my wife and me. Their support does not provide the support needed, and for which I payed. They have not resolved the problem. We are still unable to log onto Regan.com or use their email service.
