it is outragous that Brad Eiseman keeps lying about his Military service, ask to see a DD214. It does not Match his claims. Less than 2 years at E-3, no Purple Heart! No degree from Kennesaw State in IT or Florida State, 

My identity is none of your business. The last time you knew my identity, you spammed me. That's the whole point of this complaint. I do not intend to be placed on your marketing lists again.

Yes it should. To me, the consumer, this means freedom from scammers and spammers. I pay for my internet access. You do NOT have the right to send unwanted junk advertising to my personal email address. You do NOT have the right to harvest my email address from various places. You do NOT have the right to make money off my email address. You want to advertise, but you don't want to pay anything to do so (like respectable businesses). You want to exploit the internet, "using your own SMTP server" for free, by sending out thousands, if not millions of emails. You call that a "level playing field"?

I would never purchase a mailing list from someone like you, because I don't engage in the ILLEGAL act of spamming.

Sending unsolicited spam is illegal. Period. It is against both federal, and California law which is where I live. It's not a matter of me "easily deleting" an email. It's a matter of you illegally sending spam to me, and putting my email address on your marketing lists, which just guarantees more spam from other scammers. You voliated the law, and you know people can file claim against you for the act of sending these emails. Perhaps we should have, then you wouldn't be sitting here trying to defend your actions.

Did you make money off of having my email address on your lists? Do I get a cut of the money? Do you claim you have "opt in" mailing lists, or the ever popular "double opt-in" list (whatever the heck that is)

A-ha! So you do admit to sending out these unsolicited spam emails. That, my friend is illegal. Period. You are lucky that people haven't filed suit against you, because you have violated the law. You are a scammer. You deserve whatever negative comments you receive.

Obviously, you think we should care that you are a vet. I am also a vet, but that is immaterial to this thread. The difference between us, is that I live my personal life with the same honor and integrity that I lived while on active duty. You, on the other hand, decide to break the law by sending out spam, and I suspect you also built your email lists from those who were stupid enough to actually respond to your email spams. Not a very honorable way for a vet to make a living. Clicking on some "unsubscribe link" is a common method spammers use to verify they actually have a valid email address, which will surely end up on many other marketing lists.

Bottom line: You spam, you get reported to websites such as this. Don't like the "years" of negative reports? Then run your business legally, and with integrity.

I am sorry for the intrusion and there is an Unsubscribe Link at the bottom of the email ad. I have my own SMTP Server and this is how I get the word out and am also able to update my lists and work on orders.

I have over 40 Million Businesses and 300 Million Emails to Update every 8 Months and cannot cold~call all the Prospects because, everyone is.

I empathize with him and owned a Postcard Coupon Mailer which was in business 2001-2008.

He trusted me to do a good job and I simply let him down because of Postal and Printing Increases.

FYI:
I sent him all the lists of all the Hardware, Outdoor Sports, RV Dealers, plus over 700,000 Men, Hunters, Anglers, Outdoorsmen Lists and Emails to help him.

It is simply not right to attack My Name, Current Company, Family and Military Service; Under Guise.

5 Years of this is enough.

If you are looking for sympathy, just because you are a vet, you will get none here. Many of us (myself included) are vets. The difference between honorable people and scammers, is that honorable people do not resort to the illegal practice of sending out email spam. If you don't like the negative comments about you and your company, perhaps you should never have engaged in the illegal practice of spamming people. Now, any negative comments are deserved.

I receive multitudes of referrals and references are available, upon request. I will not list them on my web site because idiots, like you, exist.

This POS, liar and thief stole $1000s from me. He also stole from multiple other people online.

The Georgia police know all about him but somehow have failed to arrest him yet. He should be rotting in prison right now. I assume they are doing something because every few months they ask me for me info.

Multiple lies about getting divorced, sick family, printing delays, mailing issues were all to try cover the fact that he is just a nasty cheap criminal that have no moral compass at all.

We paid a deposit for a mailing that never happened. I was stupid enough to fall for his lie that the credit card would not process and he needed the money ASAP to get the mailing out on time, so I sent him a check. BIG MISTAKE. That's the last I saw of my money.

His website salesandmarketinglists.com, now claims he is an "Army Infantry Owned Company"... another lie! 

Stay as far away from Brad Eiseman and Sales and Marketing Lists (salesandmarketinglists.com) as you can. He doesn't have anything to sell and never prints or mails anything. It's just another internet scam. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if he actually lives in Nigeria. 

This scammer would like everyone to believe he is innocent, and not in this business, but as of 6/18/2012 he still is! He's still selling lists, operating the same website. But now, he's resorting to spamming people directly (using Charter as his internet provider, and web hosting company)

Dear Sirs,

Sportsman's Direct Mktg. has been closed for over 5 years and we went out of business because of  Postage Cost Increases. We were in business for over 6 years and I was sorry to close the business.

Please quit demonizing me and my name through this web site and contact me for Free Emails and Lists so I may make amends.
Companies go out of business and you are attacking my personage and I will ask you to please contact me if we need to work out any grievance.
