www.Vivaterra.com Refuse to refund money/ credit for returned items San Rafael California

Purchased an item from Viva Terra and returned it shortly after. No credit number was given to me so I contacted the company - many times - the auto email would come in but no one would contact me back. The phone number was disconnected. 

A sales rep eventually emailed me back on April 25th, but gave me 4 days to claim my instore credit. This credit couldnt be used online & I had to call in to place my order. Which is fine, but 4 days ?? That hardly gives me time to read the reply email, let alone put an order together and call it in. 

Now they say that was a courtesy to even aknowledge the credit.

So in purchasing Viva Terra, the owners benefit from the existing company name & set up, existing customers, along with its inventory, vendors etc BUT refuses to aknlowedge prior customer claims?

That doesnt see like fair business to me... I shoud've read alllllll the customer service complaints prior to adding them to my wedding registry. Sad.  Lost a customer here and Ill never recommend Viva Terra to anyone.
