In March of this year I brought A 2009 FORD EXPLORER from Star Loan Auto Center .The dealer who sold me the car told me that a warranty came with the car . About a months ago check engine light came on, right away I took the car in for repairs I got a oil change and a tune up, The dealer where I brought the car at had told me all these thing were being done before I picked up the car, [that was a lie ].No oil change no tuneup was ever done,
When I brought the car they told me a warranty came with the car so when my car kept cutting off I called the warranty company they told me to go to a repair shop put it on the machine to find out what was wrong I did ,the person at the shop told me it was a crack in the motor mount and the gaskets Wynn Warranty told the shop to get my permission to repair the car I gave them my ok Wynn told the guys at the to do what they call a tear down of the car so someone from Wynn can take a look at the parts that needed to be repaired , now after two weeks with out my car the person at the shop is telling me Wynn is giving them the runaround about paying for the repairs covered in the warranty that cost 1,400 to buy along with paying a car note for a car I have not drove in almost three weeks.

If it was a 2009 model, why aren't you having a Ford dealer cover it under warranty?
Why are you dealing with these aftermarket slime in the first place?
