Wyo tech Wyoming technical institute Was scamed and forced to pay tuition after quitting sham of a school after discrimination. west sacramento California

I attended wyo Tech in 2008.

I was lised to by the recruiter and told that I would receive certification that would get me a good job in the auto industry.

Aside from fill in the blank coloring book style teaching aids.

There was a shoddy selection of cars to work on, mostly ruined by other students and previous owners.

The enrolement information was misleading at best.

I was also discriminated against for not conforming to the wyotech standards for students.

Basicly being charged for spending 3 plus hours a day reciting numbers and sounding off my position in line for roll call.

Being accused of cell phone useage when I had no phone.

Being burned in the face with a exploding car battery by another student whom i had previously requested not to work with.

Also being forced to shave over the burns every day untill there was a staph infection.

If interested i have dated pictures and witnesses to the events.

After " becoming a Problem student" I was discriminated against and then basicly forced to quit the schoool.

I was also failed on my exam by 1 and a haf points due to my "Attitude"

My grades were doctored and not posted with the rest of the students.

Even after the thanksgiving break my grades were no t posted.

After a formal request I was informed I had failed by a point and a half.

 I hired two lawyers who said that we would win the case hands down.

However their fees of 250 an hour x two lawyers exceeded the amount that I would be refunded.

I personaly know students who were in my class who were refunded their money.

Though my lawyers dropped my case, wyotech lost a multi million dollar lawsuit the same year I enroled.

I was forced to pay the owed money however still want to warn others to not be scammed.

By the way Wyotech in West Sacramento is shutting down in October.

Too much bad publicity and word of mouth of bad business.

Don't be a victim.

At least all those hacks are going to be out of their jobs even though we all got screwed in the process.
