Beware of entering into a contract with this company.  Firstly their "Evergreen Clause" is 45 days, which means that when your contract has expired, Unless you notify them within 45 days, they will automatically renew it.

Also, with this company sending a letter or notifying them that you are not renewing a contract Does Not Mean you are cnacelling your service.  This will require another notification prior to the 45 days to cancel or disconnect your service. 

This way XO get about 60 days or two more months of charging you for a service you no longer want.

They have several folks in their office throughout the country that manipulate this and control it on their behalf.

My advice is Never Even consider this compahy for any type of service.  Their contracts are very very tight, and they  use these Evergreen Clauses in inconspicuous ways to collect that extra 60 days service,   which in my case amounted to almost $4,000.00
