xavier marshall took me for $3474.86 elvira New York

Got a call from xavier msrshall saying i had 3 criminal charges for a online payday loan i failed to pay ..he said there was a warrant issued and i would b arrested and do automatic 3 yrs in federal prision and 7 yrs probation .and i would lose my job and my credit would b permanently burned for this ..i just got custudy of my 3 boys and paniced after 1 st paymsnt of $978.66 he called back and said the bank officals denied my payment and would only stop the charges if it was paid in full    all fees included was $3474.86 .only thenvwould chsrges and warrant for arrest be stopped ..i borrowed the money from my enployer ..then after i paid him he continuesly put me on hold to await a confirmation number.which i never got  ...my fiance then looked his name up on google and found this site with his name all over it..i was sick with what i found.....these people should pay for what they r doing stealing money from hard working americans..he insulted me and told me people like me is the reason for the dooming economy  and he was going to make a example of me....  never in my life has someone talked to me the way he did..he needs stopped.
