Xenex and Winston Sylvester Cut off residual payments after my account got large enough Cedarhurst, New York

I have been doing business with xenex merchant services for some time, the owner,Winston Sylvester, who is a very convincing, manipulative person, has always boast about never taking anyone's residuals. Until now, I believed him, he has been threating me with this for months, claiming that my office hasn't followed his proceedures, and as a result, he has terminated our contract and has kept our commissions due to us. We have 13 reps in our organization, and these reps all have families,and his actions are going to effect these individuals! There are several larger processing companies you can do business with, my suggestion is do business with them. He lives a very lavish lifestyle, and I'm sure he needs our residual payments to support it Our business practices has not ever changed, yet he changed all the rules and felt it necessary to keep our money.

I am writing this not on the hope that we will by some miracle get our residuals back, because we won't, I am writing this because maybe someone that might be considering doing business with this company and mr Sylvester,they will run as fast as they can! My opinion is that, Mr. Sylvester and Xenex, are having financial problems and this is a symptom of this problem, Ihave also talked with other offices and he is also threading as well
