This credit processing company offered a flat processing rate of 1.59 because of "a new change in Michigan law". They charge for the credit card machine ($69/ month) and make you sign a 4 year lease on the machine but since you are supposed to be saving almost $300 a month (in my case) you are willing to do it. The main scam is in the machine contract which they make out like bandits on.
In addition, the flat rate is a lie and my processing fees went way up because of "penalty charges", etc. These people lied right to my face and will do it to you. I told a friend heard about the flat rate and he knew immediately that I had been scammed.
I am an experienced retailer and still fell for it.

We have cross referenced all of our merchants and we can't find anyone that matches this description. If this is a merchant of ours feel free to call Anthony, or the district manager at our office and we would be happy to resolve the problem. ******We are starting to believe this is our competition slandering our names. If your truly a merchant, reach out to us or identify your business name and we would love to call you and resolve the problem.
