Xkr Essex Inc stoled 99.98 of my money and can not tell me when they can refund Long Beach California

I was needing a wholesale retail license so i found this company on the internet. I gave them my checking info and the check was to be taken from my acct. in the amount of 49.99. When i checked the status it said that no processing could be done until my check cleared on june 26, 2008. well i was in a hurry so i called them and they told me that they cancelled my check and so i gave them my debit card number and another 49.99 was taken from my account .... my check had cleared on june 13th !!! So now they have 99.98 of my money. In the meantime I checked with my state comptroller's office after several people told me that this was a scam and sure enough i had paid them for something that is absolutely free in Texas. I have ask for my money back and they can not tell me when i will get it. Gary would not let me speak to a supervisor or the accountant because "they do not talk to customers" Gary hung up on me and was very rude. I tried calling back and no one would answer just an answering machine so i changed phones and they answered still no luck , Please people do not make the mistake i did. I will get my money back through my attorney and with the help of other state offices.
