December 2012.  Xsport Schaumburg Kiosk located in Woodfield Mall, IL is trying to promote and sell memberships of gym.  Shoppers like myself, in this season are mainly coming to the mall to buy things (clothes, shoes, blu rays, video games, etc.).  Majority of consumers motives are to buy christmas presents or personal shopping; NOT GYM MEMBERSHIPS!!  I'm a friend to Xsport Staff as well as a member.  I shop every other day at Woodfield Mall and catch up with these guys in regards to their productivity for the day.

This report is about a personal dispute about sales.  Sales pitch was offered, the client/guest was made aware of product and services, the client answers with a "yes" or "no" interest; then a deal or contract is set.

2 weeks prior to today December 24, 2012; on Sunday I was shopping and came by Xsport Kiosk and witnessed Stephanie approach 2 Indiana men.  Both men declined Stephanie's pitch stating they had membership with another gym and that they were not interested in future membership with Xsport.  After the "No".  Stephanie still proceeded to make another pitch to obtain contact info.  Based on my observation, Stephanie needed some personal information from the 2 gentleman to report at the end of her productivity.  When I witnessed this action, I immediately checked Stephanie and questioned her conduct.  She immediately responded by saying I was out of line.  Stephanie claimed she was trying to build a relationship with the 2 gentleman.  Pitch was thrown by Xsport and there was an answer of "NO". There is or was no need of further conversation. Xsport product and services were denied and conversations after that is just personal.

It doesn't end there.  I confronted Stephanie about her behavior.  She reported back to Adrienne, Hennessy, & Alfredo.  Xsport Schaumburg notified the Police and claimed I was harrassing the Kiosk.  I was phoned and greeted at the Mall stating I was not allowed to go by the Xsport Kiosk.  It's a mall where I buy things.  Schaumburg PD is telling Me I've got to walk around or not buy things from stores near Xsport  because of a ridiculous allegation.

I go to Woodfield Mall to shop for things.  I do not go there to be disrespected.  If people wanted gym memberships they would go to a physical building and not kiosk. There are appropriate locations for businessess.  A kiosk at the mall selling gym membership is not one.
