Yamil started by telling me all the things he could with creating business credit lines and building business credit for your company to obtain funding.  He lets you pay by credit card and gives you a time frame when your credit profile will be ready and dates he will obtain lines of credit to help you grow your business.  He starts off by having you purchase a shelf corp from him for $1300 then for an additional $2800 he can have 8 reporting credit references in 41 days from the time he starts.  When he transfered the corporation he even paid the State of Colorado with my debit card the $100 transfer fee without my permission because he said he lost his card.  When the date gets close he starts giving excuses on why the credit lines are not ready and then there is this problem, then another problem and excuse after excuse.  He needs one more day to make an update and then his internet is out, then his magic jack isn't working.  Just one thing after another.  So on day 50 I called Dunn and Bradstreet to see what I had reported on my business credit profile and there was not one person reporting anything on my profile.  I think he tries to get you past the 60 day dispute period that way he can walk away with your money.  He had $8100 of my money I got $6800 back from chargebacks and now Wells Fargo is giving me the last $1300 back if I agree to press charges for fraud.  So in a nutshell he doesn't perform on anything he uses your money for what seems like a intrest fee loan until you do a chargeback.  Don't waste your time or effort with him.
