This company rip me and my daughter off big time I went to cricket in hickory hollow to buy my daughter a new phone the lady there told me about a 90 days same as cash and I thought well that sounds like a great deal, she says at cricket that they which is ybuy would take money out of your checking account each month  so I ask her if i want to pay off early is that ok and she said yes and I ask her if i make my payment early would ybuy still take out my account and she said no, so I purchase this phone end of sep. 2013 I made a payment of 125.00 in cash so the 1st of october I made a payment of $200.00 on october the 24th ybuy takes out $114.00 out of my check account so i am like what is going on I just sent them $200.00 and it cleared my bank account on 10/15/13 So I called YBuy up and they we did not recieve your payment of $200.00 that I did not pay it, I was so upset then I told them I wanted my money back that they took out and do not ever take money out of my bank account again, that I would mail the payments in, so finally after 30 days I got that payment back so then on end of oct. i sent in a 3rd payment of $224.11 and it clear my bank account on 11/12/13 so then ybuy keeps on sending me a bill saying i did not pay on time I have late fees so then I paid them off on 12/01/13 it clear my bank account on 12/16/13 so it was all paid in full with in the 90 days I owe them nothing.

So then end of December ybuy sends me another bill saying I owe more money for January payment, then I called ybuy customer service and they said they have not received any of my payments and I have to pay on this cell phone for 1 year because I did not pay on time, and if i don't keep paying them that I need to return the phone back to them, I was so so upset, I keep calling ybuy they put you on hold for hours at a time, the people you talk to you can not understand them, I even talk to supervisor and they say well we will look into this and call you back well its been 3 months and they have not called me back, So I called them today and they say I owe over $700.00 when the phone was only 599 why in the world are they doing people this way, ybuy has caused my medical condition to get worse, ybuy is going to get a bill for my doctor bills for all the stress they have put me threw please do not deal with these company they are very very bad news, I don't want this to happen to anybody else, I have ask for the owners name of YBUY and they don't know, how can you keep doing business like this, I will not send them another dime, Please BEWARE OF YBUY YBUY YBUY don't get scam Like i did I am the type of person if I owe a bill I will pay it but I will not send them anymore money, I even sent them my bank statements and checks where ybuy cash my checks YBUY has stole my money and did not give me credit for my daughters phone that she loves and for a compay YBUY to hurt my daughters feelings thinking she has to give up her phone that I have all ready paid for is very ashame to do this to a child.
