YCMG Brands Vera Asian company does not pay Longwood Nationwide

 On May 12th 2014 I was hired by Jimmy Nguyen of YCMG Brands LLC to install wall and counter graphics for a new restaurant called Vera Asian inside a food court at the Gran Plaza Outlets in Calexico, CA 92231.  Jimmy told me that once we finished installing I could ask the manager of Vera Asian for the check and he would give it to me.  Jimmy left the area about 20 minutes before we finished installed the graphics, we finished and I asked for the check and the manager said that Jimmy is responsible for paying me.  I called Jimmys cell phone 407-221-6400 and he said that if I could send him a credit card form, he would fill it out and pay me.  The following day, May 14th, I called him again and he said he was very sorry but he was out of town and that he would take care of it tomorrow.  He did not pay, I kept calling every other day and he stopped answering his cell phone.  I sent him an email on May and I apologized again and said that he would take care of it tomorrow and he did not pay.  I have been sending Jimmy an email about every 3-4 days and I didnt get an answer.  I send an email to corporate email and I was answered by Kim Nguyen, Founder and CEO, on May 30th 2014 and she said that she would take care of it immediately.  On June 4th I send another email asking about payment status and she said that the franchise owner at Vera Asian in Calexico had low sales and he was struggling to make payments but that she would pay Sign Factory if the franchise owner could not make the payment of 495.00 dlls.  Jimmy and Kim have not answered emails, telephone or their cell phone after June 4th.  Do not do business with YCMG Brands LLC or Vera Asian, they will rip you off.
