Yello Pages Directories Law Offices of W.C.French Total Scam Carrolton, Texas

Shortly after getting a new phone number for my business, I received a phone call from Yello Pages Directories.  The caller claimed that the listing was a part of my new telephone service and there was no additional charge unless I opted to upgrade a listing.  She stated that she was only calling to confirm the spelling and information for the standard free listing.  I have absolutely no need or intention of advertising in the Yellow Pages and only after her assurance that she was only Making sure the information they had was correct  did I confirm that the information she had was correct.   A few weeks later I received a post card from Yellow pages that was sent to the wrong address,  I simply corrected my mailing address and sent the card back assuming it was again confirming my address and information, not understanding why they had it wrong in the first place. 

                                          Then I receive a bill for $298.00.

No one is there to answer their phones and they dont call back.  After receiving yet another bill and threat to send to collections, I try calling again- no one there.  A month later I get a bill from the "Law Offices of W.C.French"  saying they are collecting onthe yellow pages bill. When I call them, they hang up and wont answer their phone... this is obviously a Fraud. I am willing to help get these people put away.  Let me know what I can do.  ITs not just Yellow Pages Directories, but the WC French law firm too.
