I found further information following my Yelp report

I found an Ashley bedroom set at another store(later about this) that we liked.we ended up at Ashley furniture miramar rd to look at mattresses and was told they would match any other Ashley furnture pricing.so the sales person said he had to discuss it w/his manager.so we speak w/Georgia the manager.i give here the pricing of the other store( Cash and Carry in el cajon) and she says "they are whoring out our furniture",but says to bring a printed quote and she will match it.

so the next day i get a quote faxed to me,bring it in to Georgia....then BLAM.she turns into the biggest B*TCH and says she won't match it,even after saying she would.she even said their stuff was probably Ashley copies for that price......what a BIG waste of time!!!!!

it just shows how over priced and marked up their furniture is.....i paid $1669.00 for the EXACT same furniture that they wanted over $3500.00 for,and this was the tagged pricing. this was at CASH and CARRY in el cajon (there for 65 years and not the prettiest place.....but great pricing and customer service!!!!!
