Z-57 Ryan Whitlock CEO His Company Lies, Dishonest, Stole My Money, Greedy, San Diego California

I am a licensed Realtor and have been selling homes for 23 years. I tend to be pretty loyal to companies that have good business practices. I have been with AT& T the entire time that I have had my license. A company called ihouse website for over 15 years. Top Producer for approx. 18 years and the list goes on and on. I had heard of Z-57 for many years and decided to give them a try about 2 years ago. They manage one of my websites for me. For the most part the service was going well, no complaints. It was paying for their website and social media package. Which to be honest with you, I was not expecting a lot out of the service, just needed a decent place to use for my website.

I called in about 3 to 4 months ago and had a general question and spoke with one of the company reps who asked me who was providing me with SEO service. I told him no one and he stated that they had a great program. He transferred me to another guy who then began to tell me that he could put me on the front page of Google and even took me to the local ad page for my town to show me where my add would be. He said it would cost $299.00 a month. I agreed to it for a year and after having it for two months I noticed that my ad never showed up. I called him about it and he told me that other Realtors have called in complaining about the same thing, but trust him it does show up. I told him that I have other Realtors in my area that are showing up with an ad evertime I search my local town on Google. I came to the conclusion that they were not providing me with the service that they stated would happen. I called in to speak with them again and every time they told me that I had to speak to a certain rep and that would be a week before he would call me back. I told them that was unacceptable, why do I have to wait a week, they did not take a week when they took my money.

I finally spoke to my rep last week and was told that there is nothing they can do; I have to pay for the full year. I escalated the case to a lady manger and she tried for over an hour to convince me that I was getting what I paid for even though she did say that in order for me to show up as a paid ad that would cost over a $1,000 a month. When I caught her in that statement she said well pretty much even if you did not get it there is nothing that they can do and they are going to keep charging me even if they cancel my ad.

I am really disappointed to be doing business with a company like this. They are behaving like criminals. They do not care that they are lying about the service that they are providing. All they want is your signature on the paperwork and they nothing else matters. Z-57 has no integrity, and no honor in how they do business. They may as well be on the corner of New York City running a 3 Card Marley Game!  I will be addressing this matter with the CEO Ryan Whitlock, I'm curious to see what kind of man he is
