ZabaSearch Purchased multiple search for discount, then VERY confusing to use. No response to emails! Internet

I paid $35 for the unlimited searches at $5 each for one year; I'm working on a legal issue. I ran the first search and everything was fine. I received and email with a link that I was to use for further searches. I used this link, ran another search, and when I wanted to purchase information it brought me to a screen where it wanted to charge me $10. It's like the $5 search I PAID for was hidden or extremely difficult to find. I was hoping that this wasn't purposely set up to be this difficult. I thought maybe it was a web design error, so I emailed there customer service. I received no response. THIS IS NOT DUE TO ANY EMAIL BLOCKING! I've received many different emails from ZabaSearch, but not from their customer service.

Also, you are only allowed to run so many background checks per day. When ZabaSearch says "Unlimited searches", it should mean just that! Not unlimited (3 a day)! At the very least make this VERY CLEAR!

As a consumer I'm very tired of having to read all of the different companies "fine print" and then wasting my time trying to straighten out any mistakes. Many businesses would be MUCH better off if they didn't waste consumers time by being upfront and honest from the get go.

If you must use ZabaSearch, DON'T pay for the unlimited searches, you won't get much use out of it.
