I used Zabasearch.com and they took out too much money, I do owe them $22.95 for one report that I got but they took out an additional $22.95 that I have to complain about. I have included the phone no. of this company so other people can call. I tried the no. once but it was early and I figure they weren't there yet and the message told me to leave a message and they would get back to me. For all the others that have submitted complaints to this site, don't give up, try this phone no that I gave if not, try writing the address, but also I would suggest complaining to the Better Business Bureau, I don't think they are a member, I did look them up and they have had numerous complaints.

Zabasearch.com took out only the $22.95 that they had coming

I watched my bank account and Zabasearch.com took out only the $22.95 that they had coming. I don't know what happen to the people that claim they got ripped off but I had no problems with them. I suggest emailing them and trying to work it out with them. I didn't get any call back from them and I had left a message with my phone no. but they did email me back.

I emailed Zabasearch.com at customerservice@zabasearch.com and they answered about the $22.95 that I felt was being taken out. I was told that to secure payment it looks as though two payments were taken out but that one of them will drop off and it should be credited to my account. I will be monitoring my account and will let you know.
