I worked there for 1 month for customer service dept. I was terminated, their reasons were customers were complaining about me, but it was not true because I was questioning there business ethics and helping the customers too much on how to get their refunds, they did not like it.

Ricki, Tiran's wife to be, also lied to me when she first hired me about my pay and my job duties, customer service is not answering phones,directing calls and taking messages. that is a receptionist job.

I was doing that as well as trying to help customers with their orders and refunds.there were 3 of us doing this with hundreds of calls coming in day most of the time 20 or 30 calls at one time. Try doing this for a company who is the most dysfuntional and unorganized company I have ever heard, seen or dealt with or worked for.

There were so many mistakes as well as discrepencies in what the customers were telling me and what the company was telling me.people were yelling at me, and I did not blame them. I am relieved to not be working there anymore.

the mailer they send you has pictures of employees and friends used as testemonials. henry ext.41 and 42 Sales Dept. is in one picture on the front of the mailer. Another thing I noticed they did not want me to get up and walk messages to people.

Most of the people, who work theirfor them, I think are nieve or in denial. the main people at Zaken with any authority are Tiran, Ricki, Alex, Soli, Shlomi. All of you who have been taken by zaken need to file Complaints with the FTC, Federal Trade Commission as well as The state Attorney,BBB, Chatsworth as well as Canoga Park. Canoga Park BBB gives a real honest run up on Zaken corp. I just discovered all of this my last when one of you guys told me about it on the phone.
