I decided to try a television service that was not a major carrier. I wanted to run with a little guy and see if I could save some money at the same time.
This iptv service "Zazeen" what absolutely terrible from the beginning. Bad picture, it had very little HD, the picture was not even fit to the screen on most channels. Overall it was a horrible service. They offer a "30 day free trail" which ended up being a total scam.
The only problem is that when you call to cancel they tell you to email support to get a cancellation. Then you wait for their response to inform you where to send your hardware (set top box) in order to get a refund. This email never comes, and when I called back to inquire after 5 days, they acted confused when I read them the ticket number and the told me that they would call me back.
I waited another week for this call and then called back. At which point, my "30 day free trial" was up. Now I owe for the boxes and the shipping as well as next month's service. WHAT A SCAM!
Don't ever even consider buying this service. They are a horrible company.

Hey Bo,
You're correct that I inserted as may tags as I could so that this would get as much attention as possible. I'm glad you have not had any issue with your service. I'm no SEO specialist. I'm just an average guy who was tossed around by a small company and I wanted to put my experience out there.
The more people who see this the better as far as I'm concerned. I'm just trying to help the general public. If that hurts any of these providers, they had it coming IMO.

I have Zazeen at home and no issues , I think it froze one time.
anyway I also work at a SEO company in Toronto and if you read the Title of this report it is done to get traffic for SEO reasons.
if you had an issue with rogers would you write Rogers, TV, RCI, SportsNet? NO you would just write name.... The person or company who did this wrote this with the intention to hurt Zazeen from an SEO point of view.
Hey I'm sure there are people unhappy with every provider as I have been with Rogers and even Zazeen on a bill one time but just called up and service was good - Service was awful with Rogers but that’s another story lol.
Anyway my point is this is nothing more than someone who knows SEO and used key words to put this online... must be a competitor IMO.
Pretty low how companies go these days

I have had the service myself for almost 6 months now, and was one of the first Ontario Beta testers. Quality and stability have greatly improved since initial launch, and all HD streams display with consistent quality.
I have seen the support team bend over backwards to accomodate users who have had problems, and have seen no mention publicly in the Zazeen, Acanac, or DSLr forums about the OP's issue.
I am not suggesting that the OP is lying here, but it does seem like proper troubleshooting steps have not been taken, and should have been brought up in a support setting where all parties involved can help.

Clearly this is not a customer and likely competitor trying to create negative buz with keywords. The facts posted don't even relate to our service. 90% of our channels are HD, all of our customers post the complete opposite and our attrition rate by service and quality related issues are near non existent. This is clearly an attempt at pushing out negative reviews in order to benefit their own company(s). That said, please note that Zazeen does not conduct themselves in this mannor and we will not attack a competitor with this kind of behavior. We believe in fair play and competition and we support those trying to do better for the average consumer. We can all learn from one another.
