Upon doing a phone check of my bank account, four unauthorized charges appeared. The bank gave me the name of ZeldaSupport.com as the place submitting the charges. I got on the Zeldasupport.com website and got the phone # and called them. They confirmed that they had submitted the charges to my account. They asked if my email address was the one on their account. It was not my email address. They agreed to remove two of the charges and reverse them with my bank. After filing a police report and closing my credit card account, i will be able to go back to Zeldasupport and file for the other two charges.
In the meantime, my bank is replacing the amouunt into my account and issuing new cards. Zeldasupport advised these charges are for adult material. I have turned the email address of the person initiating these charges in my name and using my card #, over to the state attorney general's office and to the sheriff's department for investigation. From what little info I've found on the internet, , Zeldasupport doesn't use much effort in making sure that the transactions they process are either authorized by the cardholder or are fraudulent.

I've just recently checked my online banking statement and discovered 2 transactions along with 2 international fees. The first being an innocent $1 and then $39.97 from zeldasupport.com.
I can only wonder how my information got stolen, but this seems to be getting out of hand. I'm really anxious to run over to my bank tomorrow to get this sorted out. I'd really like to find out more about this and hear experiences from other victims.
I'm lucky I caught this so soon, since it has been less than a week when these mysterious transactions went through, according to my statement.
