Zencon Technologies - LDSPlanet.com ripoff, continues billing bank account months after cancelling account Chandler Arizona

In July, 2005, we opened an online dating account for my mother on LDSPlanet.com. It was supposed to cost $9.95 a month. She was not happy with the site, so we cancelled after one month. This was in August. We were billed for August anyway. We were billed $9.95 again in September. And again in October, November, and again in December, all the while making calls, leaving messages, e-mails, etc. My wife and mother have both talked to James, who makes assurances every time, but still the charges continue. Her account is still active, after 5 months of trying to cancel, and 5 months of fraudulent charges.

In November, after seeing that we were charged yet again, my mom called and talked to a female CSR, who told us we would no longer be billed for the services.
