ZenoFon Calling card company that charges for calls that do not connect Internet

This company is MLM company and you can only sign up under a current users referral.  They offer cheap international calling card rates, and at first use they give you a free few minutes to try out there service.  I was impressed at first.  I call the philipines often and I thought it actually had the best quality out of any other phone card that I have used in the past.  Unfortunately the happiness didn't last too long.  Over the past few days, I was charged 26 times for calls that either didn't connect, or if it did connect I couldn't hear the person on the other end at all and they could not here me. Getting in contact with the customer service at this company is nearly impossible. I send an email to them and I get an auto reply right away, but never get an actual person call me. They say they are located in New York, but they are actually located in Brasil.  They have online customer support, but it is always offline.  Needless to say, don't purchase from this company because you will only be loosing your money and possibly your sanity.
