I placed an order for the sE Electronics Project Studio Reflexion FIlter - REFLEXION-PSRF on 9/18/2011.
It's 10/8/2011 already and nothing...
About a week and a half ago I've tried emailing this phony company and tried calling them about
5 times throughout the week. Every time I would get some sort of a "messenger" girl who always never had any access to check on the order nor she had any information about it and would always tell me that she will pass on the message (for the last few calls she said it will be urgent!) and that I would get a call regarding this as soon as possible. I did not get any responses on several emails I sent to both their departments - support and sales.
So far, 3 weeks past since I ordered the product and I did not get any return call nor the product I ordered, and my money is not returned and I can't do anything so far to return my money and not sure if I will be able to return it since I paid through Paypal.
I understand there could be some sort of a problem with getting the product from manufacture or with shipping or anything... but it does not mean they just have to sit quiet like that with very suspicious messenger girls who can only pass messages!
