I ordered a 1GB 184 Pin memory that I need to exchange for a 1GB 240 Pin memory.

I have called at various times throughout the past two days and sent an email. No response! All I receive is an automated voice mail system that prompts me to leave a message.

I'm also contacting Pricegrabber, the company that recommended them.
