I ordered a DVD recorder from ZIPZOOMFLY.COM on Feb, 20 2005 order #Z2530015. The Item Arrived but did not work. After many e-mails and phone calls I finally got an RMA with fedex air bill.

I was told that when fedex deliveres the exchange DVD recorder they will pick up the one that didn't work.

Fedex came and delivered the new recorder and picked up the return on 3-7-2005 return fedex tracking # 851132719086. ZIPZOOMFLY charged my checking account 129.99 Told me I ordered a second machine and authorized the charges, I did not. The replacement machine was pre-opened and did not work.

I called ZIPZOOMFLY and they told me that, they can charge my credit card what ever they want without my permission and have charged $259.98 in charges they refuse to return. ZIPZOOMFLY has also refused a refund on the second machine. This company now has my DVD recorder and all my money, Brian the supervisor laughed and said I better change my checking account information before he goes on a shopping spree.
