On September27, 2013 I purchased online fitness equipment from the company ZKJ Fitness, via their website Fitnessplus.com. I paid a total of $7,250.72 for an item called technology Kinesis Personal Heritage. Delivery of this item was promised on several different dates but of course we never received the item. My numerous emails, phone calls and inquiries regarding my order were unanswered. Last January 2014, 5 months after purchasing the gym equipment I hired an attorney to recover the above mentioned amount. To my surprise John Greeley(CEO) flatly refused refunding the money. He said they no longer had the credit card processor used for the transaction and that I should dispute the charge with my credit card company. Of course the credit card company has limits and they do not do this kind of dipsute after 5 months.

ZKJ Fitness has closed and has sold its dba and domain names. It seems that the salesperson may not have thoroughly communicated with the customer and apparently was inconsistent of the truth and a credit should have been processed sooner.
It is possible that the salesman may have had his own agenda in doing so as public records have indicated on several accounts he had ulterior motives during his employment with the company.
It is highly recommended to contact the credit card company for assistance with the credit of his funds which should be an option based on the companies’ closure.
