Zwerdling, Oppleman, and Adams Law Office Sued me and won by serving papers to an address I never lived at. Was kept unaware I had been sued. Richmond Virginia

This greasy lawyer sued me over an apt. lease I had broken over 4 years ago since I had to leave for a job change.  The manager said I would forfeit my $1,000 deposit but could go.  Apt. was owned by Morgan Properties of Richmond.  I found a surprise block on my checking account and it was then drained of $3,000 in a sneak move.  I called the bank and found out who did it and it was Zwerdling the Turdling of Richmond.  I asked how they did this to me without a court order and they stated they had served papers near Petersburg at an address I had never lived at.  Sure enough, I had been sued in Petersburg District Court without knowing I even had a court date.  This action kept me unaware of being sued and being able to manuever to protect myself and guaranteed a sure win for Zwerdling and Oppleman.  The woman who answered the phone and talked to me at the crooked law firm recited my current address and even my mom's address as well showing they knew where I live.  Complaints to the Bar and the Lawyer's Guild were a waste of time as they protect themselves well and keep their racket against the people going.  If Zwerdling the Turdling and OpplePoop come at you, they will likely serve papers to an empty lot or an abandoned house in their local area to keep you unaware and thus win against you extort from you.  If they come at you, whatever you do, drain your bank account and open a new one if they know where you bank.

Zwerdling and Oppleman are examples of why the people hate lawyers and the court system.  Go to any county seat, even a poor one and you well see a gleaming Taj Mahal of a court house staffed by judges(lawyers), prosecutors (lawyers), public defenders (lawyers) all collecting money from the hapless citizens whom the cops or whatever drag in.  The private lawyer's offices all circle the great Taj Mahal of corruption.  They don't make anything, they just extort away.
