I was called and informed that I could acquire a new credit card at a lower interest rate. I asked for the name of the individual I was talking to and his company name and phone number. I returned the call and contact that person (Charles Livington)at 1-800-308-0831 or 1-800-903-3517.

He then passed me onto his supervisor and that supervisor gave me a control number 2549 and again I asked to call back and ask for Mr. Livington. Again they replyed and again talked to his supervisor. The supervisor indicated that I would get a package in the mail with a selection of lenders that would support my new lower interest credit card. They stated that on the new card there would be a charge of $417.00 but not to pay, the bank would assume that charge and how they made their money for the service provided.

After two weeks I called and asked about the package and a lady indicated that mailing process was backed up but would be out the following week. Of course I didn't receive any package but did get a charge for $417 on my present credit card.
