Zybertour call my home offering low credit card rates to pay off debt. They told me that it would not cost me anything until I chose a credit card to use. Then the cost of $417 would be paid by the credit card and I would not be charged anything.
I have contacted Zybertour's customer service office numerous times once the $417 appeared on my credit card bill. Zybertour said they could not refund my money until I received my information package. First, it took over a month for us to receive our Federal Express package of information. I followed their instructions for return of the materials. We received the package on June 19, 2002 and returned it via Federal Express on June 20, 2002. Zybertour's receptionist signed for the package on June 21, 2002. Their customer service representative said it would take up to thirty days to post the credit to my credit card once they received the returned materials. A month has passed and no credit has been posted to my credit card account.

Call your credit card company, and dispute the charge. After calling, you should send them a letter - attached the proof that you sent back the package. (Some credit card companies provide you a form that you have to fill.)
