I ordered Curaderm in Oct 2008 at which time my credit card was charged $126. This charge included $15 for a signed receipt upon delivery. After over 10 emails to them requesting delivery and being assured that they would mail the product from their "new" warehouse in England, I have filed a dispute with VISA. Curaderm could not provide proof of receipt with my signature because I never received the product nor signed for it. Since then, I Googled "Curaderm scam" only to find the product is reported as ineffective. I never received the product so my ripoff report is that the company charges your credit card and doesn't ship anything. My VISA credit card dispute is in process; hopefully, after the investigation, VISA will put Curaderm on their fraud list.

I refer to the rip off report by Kent at Columbus, Ohio. It appears that Kent has been treated contemptuously by the company www.curaderm.net. also trading as 5CMV. Curaderm.net is an Independent Distributor for two products Curaderm BEC-5 and Curasol BEC. These products are produced after extensive Research and Development of over two decades by the company Curaderm BEC-5 Global (www.curadermbec5global.com).
It appears that Curaderm.net are receiving several negative reports mainly because they have been accepting credit card payments, not shipping the product in a timely fashion, or not at all, and for supplying medical unqualified advice to patients whilst being treated. Curaderm BEC-5 Global have investigated the actions of Curaderm.net., 5CMV and it has been decided that from April 15, 2009 www.curaderm.net, 5CMV will no longer distribute the products Curaderm BEC5 and Curasol BEC. In the meanwhile, if you are interested in Curaderm BEC5 or Curasol BEC please visit the institutional website www.curadermbec5global.com and search for "Product Availability" for reliable Independent Distributors within this website.
It is not appropriate and unfair to tarnish a product when an Independent Distributor has done the wrong thing !
