Mr Willie Crawford is a well known internet marketer. He writes, he lectures, he teaches. sells books and who knows what all he does. He has a newsletter that goes out to all his subscribers and I was one of them. On January 14th, 2009 he advised his subscribers that he was going to have a random drawing and give away a 16 GB iPod Touch and everyone should sign up for it. The drawing would be held early January 16, 2009.

Then on January 15th, 2009 he added a video describing all the courses that were on the iPod Touch and he said they were valued at at least $5000.00.

This generated a lot of interest and a lot of buzz on Twitter. A lot of people were hoping they would win it. I signed up like everyone else. Imagine my surprise when I got an email early on January 16, 2009 asking for my address so they could send me the 16 GB iPod Touch as I had won the

drawing.
They said they would send it in a couple of days.
He announced it on his blog that the winner was LeRoy Martinez.
Then he explained how the winner was randomly picked.

Then over the next few days he got worried that if he did not get permission

from the authors of the courses on the iPod that he would get sued.

When he did not send it I finally PayPaled him $10.00 for postage. I  thought

maybe this was the reason he did not send it.
After trying for a month to get him to send it with no luck he finally told me he

could send me a brand new one and he could send it the next day. Well he

did send one but he got it wrong and blamed it on his secretary who was not

computer "savvy". He sent an 8 GB iPod Touch instead of the 16 GB iPod

Touch. I think that was about $100 dollar cheaper version.

So I returned it as he asked me to do which cost me $10.00 and he has not

sent the 16 GB iPod Touch yet and it's  been almost a year .
Somewhere along about here he told me I did not have to send him the

postage money as he makes $4000.00 every day.

On October 15, 2009 I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission
and advised Mr Crawford that I had done so. I have never heard anything

after they acknowledged receipt of the complaint. Maybe they are really

backlogged or somehow he got my complaint dismissed?

So then on December 24, 2009 @ 9:18 PM I sent Mr Crawford the following

email: Since I did not hear from  you after I filed the complaint with the FTC I
have decided to post some items on YouTube. So stay tuned.

It appears that someone created that Gmail porn address in my name and
then someone immediately sent me the above email to that address. How

would anyone know that that email address even existed if they did not create

it themselves? And they signed it with MY NAME! Bizzarre behavior!

My best suggestion is to go hit on your post office and show them your

paperwork and get reimbursed for it.

online subscriptions require that you confirm the subscription.
The send you an email confirmation to avoid getting shut
down for spam complaints.

not involved in the porn industry.
