Northern Leasing Systems, And Meridian Payment Systems ripoff scam lied too fraudulent transaction harrasment illegal New York New York

Hello this is a factual report about the Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. and Its affiliate Merdian Payment Systems.
We have been fighting this company for going on 6 years now.

our experiences started as follows. we had a Mr. Hermin Lewis come into our Place of business and pitches his line to sell us a credit card system ( Mr. Lewis was with Meridian Payment Systems) We was at the time having a meeting with other owners of the business and because of this we have witnesses for the following.

Mr Lewis told us that we would get free 90 days no cost to us and that we would not have any charges for those 90 days and if we wasnt happy we could return the machine with no further obligations. the more we decided to not use his services the more we pitched at us to get to sign the contract. we read on the contract that it was non cancelable and ask mr lewis question about this. we were informed that after the 90 days the contract would be for the terms of the contract and that we can cancel anytime before the 90 days with no problem. we had him write this on the contract before we signed it. after a few weeks past we noticed we were charged multiple times from
northern leasing and fees that wasn not mentioned at the time of signing. we immediate called mr lewis and told him of the outrage and wanted to cancel the contract right then. He informed us that he would take care of it and send us back our money. weeks went by and we had no response from the multiple calls to him. So we called northern leasing and after threats from them about non cancelation and after we stopped payment to them and finally listened to us and they sent a delivery company to pick up the machine and return to them.

we were told by them they heard alot of similar complaints and they asked us to send them all the info we had about the transaction and that they were looking into filing a case against mr lewis. and no other obligation from us would be needed and that we owed nothing else. nearly a year passed and we get letters and phone calls and summons for us to pay them the remainder of the balance plus all costs incurred by them to get the payment. We answered every letter with the facts and refused to pay for this scam via us mail and certified letters. we had been threatened multiple times vulger language used a fake new york document that says they had filed in new york courts and letters that they had gotten judgement against us in the new york courts and the document sent to us then was obviously fake since there was no legal document numbers new york seals appropriate signatures etc. This company is still pursing us and had reported these lies to credit bureaus and is trying ruin our credit. We had left out various details about this
scam because of space and that i can write a book on all the issues about this matter. I had kept all documents about this matter as well as witnesses and their reports.

*** PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN*** FACTS ARE THEY OPERATE ILLEGALLY ALL THROUGH THE COUNTRY USING LIES FROM OTHER SALES AGENTS THEY USE TO OBTAIN CONTRACTS THEY KNOW UNLESS WE HAVE ALOT OF MONEY TO SPEND IN THE US COURTS SYSTEM THEN NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. BUT WE REFUSE TO PAY THEM A DIME FURTHER. AND WELCOME AN ATTORNEY SOMEWHERE TO PICK UP A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST THEM AND GIVE THEM WHAT THEY DESERVE. THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT THE OTHER GOVERMENT DEPARTMENTS NEEDS TO LOOK INTO NOW. THANK YOU
